Rapid Test Laboratories will issue a claim for all lab services rendered on the date of your office visit once the testing is complete. Your insurance company should provide you with an explanation of benefits (EOB). EOBs are not bills. This document explains the services you received during your office visit.
Whenever Rapid Test Laboratories files a claim, you might receive a bill for any balance due. Rapid Test Laboratories has relationships with a wide variety of insurance networks. We offer flexible payment options to best fit your needs.
